Our shipper picks up our orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed after 4pm on those days will ship out on the next shipment day. Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders take 24-48 hours to process. You are able to select your shipping method at checkout.
To checkout, please select the "Checkout" button in the top right hand corner of the TUXE website. Follow the steps to select the shipping address, shipping method, and billing address. Please enter any promo codes during these steps.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, TUXE gift cards, and Shopify pay. Your method of payment will be billed at the time you place the order. If at any time you need to cancel your order prior to shipping, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.

It is not our policy to honor price adjustments, except in exceptional cases. If you feel as though your order should have qualified for a promotion, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We often have pre-sale items available. In the case of pre-sale items, your payment method will be charged at the time of ordering and you will be alerted via email when the item has shipped. You will have 14 days to return the item from the day you receive. Please see our Return and Exchange policy for an item's eligibility for return.
Returns and Exchanges:
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on tuxebodywear.com within 14 days for return or exchange. Exchanges and returns can take up to 5 business days to process once we receive the item being returned, though usually are processed in 2-3 business days.
TUXE merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return. In the case of an incorrect size, TUXE will do our best to accommodate an exchange based on our inventory. On items that were final sale, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to TUXE if an exchange has been accepted.

All TUXE site wide sales are final sale. Any promotion in which TUXE sends an e-blast or social media post for will be clearly marked final sale. Returns will not be accepted following site wide sales. We will do our best to honor any exchanges, but this is subject to inventory availability. During an exchange, the customer is responsible for return shipping to TUXE. TUXE will cover the shipping costs of the new exchanged item or items.
PLEASE NOTE THAT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO TAXES AND DUTIES. THESE COSTS ARE DEPENDENT ON THE CUSTOMER'S NATION'S LAW. THESE WILL BE LEVIED ON THE FULL PRICE ON THE ITEM AS PER CUSTOMS LAW.
TUXE supports international shipping to over 100 countries. International shipping costs for orders under 5 lbs is $20.00 USD. International shipping for orders over 5 lbs is $30.00 USD. Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is discounted on the website, the taxes and duties owed are based on the discounted price. If the item is eligible for a promotion applied at the time of check out, the taxes and duties levied are on the value of the item prior to the promotional code. International orders cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method. International returns must be shipped by the customer.
Gift Cards are available for purchase. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to purchase. Gift Cards do not expire.
