TUXE do not charge restocking fee on returns.
All returned merchandise must have a Return Material Authorisation number (RMA) issued by Tuxe Bodywear Team prior to return.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, provide your order receipt.
TUXE E-Gift Cards are not refundable.
MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We want you to be satisfied with your TUXE purchases. We’ll gladly accept:
- Is in new condition
- Hasn’t been washed, worn, or altered
- Is accompanied by the original invoice
- Is returned purchased on tuxebodywear.com
You may also request an exchange online if you made the purchase as a Registered User. You will have fourteen (14) days from the date you request to return the original item(s). If you do not return the original item within fourteen (14) days, a charge will be applied for the original ordered item to the original method of payment.

Please include with the product being returned all original boxes, instructions, documents, and wrappings. After reviewing the product, we will let you know whether you have a right to a refund based on our Return and Exchange policy conditions. We will process your refund as soon as possible and in any case; within thirty (7) days of the date the returned goods have been received by us. We will refund any money received from you using the same method used to make payment if the card is available. If not, subject to any legal requirements, we will issue you merchandise credit or check as dictated by the circumstances as concluded by the company. Items returned without an RMA number will be returned at the shipper’s expense. International returns also must be shipped by the customer, within shipper’s expense. Merchandise credits do not expire.
Credit Card Purchases will be refunded to the original tender
If any portion of your purchase was paid for by gift card, you will receive the full value of your return on a TUXE E-Gift card.
Exchanges or refunds of online purchases using PayPal or Apple Pay are not available currently.

TUXE merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return. In the case of an incorrect size, TUXE will do our best to accommodate an exchange based on our inventory. On items that were final sale, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to TUXE if an exchange has been accepted.
When you give a TUXE gift to someone, if you selected “gift messaging” option during your check out process, products can be returned and TUXE will issue a TUXE E-Gift Card for the goods. If you have not selected “gift messaging” during your check out process, please contact us at email@example.com.
