All orders ship from our facility in Houston, TX and we do the best we can to pass the best rates we can achieve on to you. Our shipper picks up our orders on Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5pm CST on those days will ship out on the next shipment day. Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders take 24-48 hours to process.
Delivery Timing& Cost
Delivery of items purchased at TUXEBODYWEAR.com will be carried out via different carriers and delivered in approximately 2 to 5 business days in the case of Standard delivery and the next business day by end of day in the case of Next Day delivery for US addresses. Home delivery is free for orders over $150 and charged at carrier’s destination fee the case of orders below this amount. Next Day deliveries amount varies due to address you enter on order.
The delivery cost is calculated according to the delivery method chosen and the items purchased. The exact transport cost will be calculated every time an item is added to the shopping basket and will be displayed on the order summary page that appears before the customer confirms the order by pressing the ‘Confirm Payment’ button, and before the credit card or debit card details are entered.
The delivery charges may be altered at any time without prior notice. Said change shall become effective from the moment the modification appears in the help pages and, in the contract, published on this Web page. In all cases, the delivery charges that appear now the order is placed shall apply.
In some cases, the purchase may include various deliveries, so orders will be received on different dates. Select “ship to multiple locations” during checkout. Then, choose the appropriate address from the drop-down list, if applicable, or enter an address by clicking “add new.” You’ll then select a shipping method for each address. Please note that shipping fees are applied for each address based on the method chosen.The articles included in each delivery and its estimated delivery time would appear at the checkout page.
U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, and International
TUXE supports international shipping to over 50 countries. Please see below list for the countries TUXE supports international shipping. International orders also cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method. International orders’ estimated delivery can vary due to nation’s custom processes. International shipping costs for orders $45.00 USD via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.

Shipments to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Economy, 2-Business Day, Next Day, and Saturday delivery options are not available. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery.
PLEASE NOTE THAT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO TAXES AND DUTIES. THESE COSTS ARE DEPENDENT ON THE CUSTOMER'S NATION'S LAW. THESE WILL BE LEVIED ON THE FULL PRICE ON THE ITEM AS PER CUSTOMS LAW.
Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is discounted on the website, the taxes and duties owed are based on the discounted price. If the item is eligible for a promotion applied at the time of check out, the taxes and duties levied are on the value of the item prior to the promotional code.
Track Your Order
Once your order ships, an email with your tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with the order. If you did not receive your tracking number, please check your spam filter settings. For registered users, order information, including tracking information, can be found by logging in with your user name and password and viewing your purchase history.
First, check that your tracking number shows that it has been delivered.
Shipping times and reliability vary greatly by carrier. We have found UPS and Fedex to have good tracking systems, and US Postal Service’s systems to be less reliable.
If your tracking number shows delivered, but you did not get the package, there is not much we can do until you contact the carrier directly. For Fedex the number is 800-463-3339 and for UPS it is 800-742-5877. They are generally quite good at resolving these issues, but should they fail, give us a call. If USPS shows delivered and you did not receive the package, then you will need to contact them at 800-275-8777 or we cannot file a claim. IMPORTANT: Ask to speak with the postmaster for your city directly. We have never seen an instance where anyone didn’t care enough or wasn’t empowered to help.
In order to avoid any delivery problems (incorrect addresses, nobody at home, etc.), you must complete the applicable form correctly and it is advisable to leave a contact telephone number in the corresponding field.
When the order leaves TUXE's warehouses, after order confirmation once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified, TUXE will inform its customers by e-mail.
Please note that all orders are subject to verification.
E-Gift card will be delivered via email only. Selecting gift messaging removes the prices from the invoice.
